What is Topii?
Time is a web-based platform that allows you to quickly and easily track freelancer invoices and make payments.
How do freelancers submit invoices to Topii?
Once freelancers sign up with a Topii account and get added to your team, they can submit an invoice. When you receive it, you can approve the invoice and pay it in just a few seconds.
How do I pay for Topii?
All major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) are currently accepted.
Can I update my card details?
Yes! All you have to do is go to the “Billing” section in your dashboard and update your payment information.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You bet! All you have to send us an email at any time, and we’ll take care of it right away. Your cancellation will take effect the following month.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, we are not currently offering refunds. We highly encourage you to use our “FREE” plan to test out Topii and make sure it is the right fit for your business.
